Learning Environment

Students learn best in a safe and motivating environment.

As a student teacher, it has been a challenge for me how to inculcate a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for students. During my first week of handling a class, my patience has been already tested by the behavior of the students. As a result, I look and think of ways how to create a learning environment where all students will not misbehave and learning will protrude.

Encourage Collaboration

During classroom instruction, I always employ activities wherein students will be able to work in groups. Group activities help test the behavior of students when it comes to working collaboratively. Furthermore, it promotes interaction among students that can help in creating a motivating learning environment.

I assisted in organizing and managing the classroom structure to ensure that learners are honed in a safe and motivating learning environment. Ensuring the learners' safety can help them enjoy and focus on their studies. As a teacher, I understand that the students' well-being must come first that is why providing them with the best learning experience is very important.

Enforcing Classroom Rules

I always present and enforce classroom rules before the start of discussion to manage the student's behavior. This way I can assure that the student's learning environment is conducive.
