My Teaching Philosophy

I believe that a teacher should recognize that students are not only learners but also individuals with emotional, social, and physical needs. Therefore, teachers should promote holistic development by addressing these needs through emphatic counseling and providing an encouraging learning environment. This will help students develop a sense of purpose and belonging, and prepare them for success in life beyond the classroom.
